These Repair and Maintenance Services are available to all homeowners throughout the Twin Cities, and to homeowners in many communities in Greater Minnesota. You do not need to be a CenterPoint Energy customer to sign up for a Repair Plan.

For just $16.50 per month for one year, the Home Service Plus Repair Plan covers the following appliances:

Gas furnace or boiler (including propane)
Gas or electric clothes dryer
Gas or electric water heater
Gas or electric range

Important Notice
This form should not be used to report emergencies. If you suspect a natural gas leak, leave your home immediately, go to a safe location and call our natural gas leak hotline at 612-372-5050 or 800-296-9815.
