Home Service Plus® Duct Cleaning Service includes:

• Clean all air ducts with state-of-the-art equipment to remove dust, dirt, lint, 
  pollen and more
• Clean warm air supply and return registers
• Clean and lubricate furnace blower assembly, as needed
• Clean furnace filter if permanent, or replace, if standard
• Perform any other minor adjustments, as necessary
• Clean evaporator/A-coil, if central air conditioning is accessible

Duct cleaning includes up to 10 rooms and one furnace. Additional rooms and additional furnaces on the same heating system may be cleaned for an extra charge.

Cost

In between cleanings:

• Check your filter monthly and clean or replace it as necessary.
• Vacuum grilles and ducts.
• Keep furniture or other obstructions away from forced air vents.
• Check manufacturer’s instructions for recommended maintenance of your make and model.
