HSP’s Central Air Conditioner Tune-up includes:

• Check of voltage
• Check belt condition
• Wash condensing unit coils
• Check furnace drain line and replace, as necessary
• Check unit for optimal cooling performance
• Check filter
• Confirm proper air flow
• Check  thermostat operation and control sequence
• Check oil blower
• Check, adjust, oil motor and bearings

  Leaks: If we identify a leak* during your AC check, we will repair the leak at your request for an additional charge for parts and labor. Home Service Plus Repair Plan customers with the central air conditioning coverage will have additional labor and parts covered at no charge. *Basic Repair Plan coverage does not include leak repairs.
