First, we'll schedule a free in-home consultation with one of our representatives to discuss which of our brand-name products will best suit your needs. During our in-home visit, we will:

• Measure your home and provide a computerized heat loss/heat gain assessment that helps size the equipment to your home's requirements.
• Review any code, comfort, noise or other issues that will ensure proper design and provide equipment and installation options to address your needs.
• Provide you with options on equipment and accessories from brand name manufacturers.
• Suggest additional services such as duct cleaning, if appropriate.
• Prepare a comprehensive proposal for a system that best suits your needs and budget.

Installation

Once you have chosen the product, which best meets your needs, our expert installers will contact you to set up an appointment for installation. At that time, they'll explain the entire installation process to you so you know what to expect. When the work is completed, our installers will review everything that was done, making sure you're completely satisfied.
